Terms of Service
Please read before proceed an order.
Payment Info
I accept USD/MYR payment method through Paypal/Wise/Stripe/Bank in (locals only).
MYR pricing rate is as followed; 1 USD = RM 3
Payment invoice/request will be sent to you.
Only send payment after I have accepted your commission.
Payment needs to be sent within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.
I will only work after I received the payment.
Please only pay AFTER we’ve discussed the price and when the payment invoice/request is sent. Any payment done before this will be accepted as donation.
Additional Fee
Additional fee will be added depending on the complexity and details of the client's character.
I may reject your commission order if it's too difficult for me to work on.
If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.
Refund & Cancellation
Client can ONLY cancel the order before the sketch is given or before it is your turn.
I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation. Full refund will be given.
Client is not ALLOWED to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is cancelled/refunded during the work process.
