Payment invoice/request will be sent to you.

Only send payment after I have accepted your commission.

Payment needs to be sent within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.

I will only work after I received the payment.

Please only pay AFTER we’ve discussed the price and when the payment invoice/request is sent. Any payment done before this will be accepted as donation.

Client can ONLY cancel the order before the sketch is given or before it is your turn.

I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation. Full refund will be given.

Client is not ALLOWED to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is cancelled/refunded during the work process.

Kindly note that a 50% deposit is required prior to commencing the commission. An invoice will be provided, unless otherwise specified.

Initial sketch will be shown to you before proceed and you may request any changes ONLY during that time.

Typically, I will finish your commission around 2 to 4 weeks after communication and payment acceptance. However, this can change depending on my work schedule.

If you require an urgent design with a minimum turnaround time of two weeks, an additional charge will be applicable.

I have the right to reject/revoke a commission if it does not fit my working style or unexpected event occurs. Refund will be made to those who already paid.

Commissioner are allowed to ask for a refund if I do not update them with anything within 1-2 months.

No refunds are allowed after commission is completed.
